Do you know what they've come up with? Do you have any idea how brilliant this is?
They have a CALL BACK system while you're on hold! It tells you how long you have before you speak to a representative, then gives you an option to be called back when its your turn in line. You don't lose your place or anything. It takes the number you wish to be called back at, gives you an approximate time span, and you are free to do what you want.
NOW THAT'S INNOVATION! Pure Genius!
